NESPR was founded 25 years ago by welding instructor and inspector Eros Nakazora. At the age of 18, while undergoing training on a mechanical lathe in São Paulo, he had his first contact with the welding process and machines.

The world of welding instantly caught his attention and, upon returning to Maringá, he took the first step in his career working with welding, becoming a representative for Bandeirante welding machines, which have now ceased operations.

From then on, he learned a lot and improved his welding skills until he became a N1 welding inspector, which allowed him to inspect works and provide demonstrations and training.

In an effort to further deepen his knowledge and improve his service provision, he completed training at Miller, in the United States, and decided to share all his learning by founding the Paraná Welding Education Center, NESPR, initially operating in the back of his father's company, until the possibility of opening its headquarters at its current address, where NESPR Indústria also operates.

Over the years, hundreds of excellent professionals have graduated and worked in large industries, as well as many special and exclusive projects, manufactured in our industrial sector, with all the quality, creativity and innovation.
