PROFESSIONALS
Pipe Training
This training requires knowledge and skills in sheet metal, to take advantage of and improve your professional training in piping.

The piping training is 100% practical and carried out in all positions, for angle joints and bevels. It can be done in a single welding process with root, fill and finish, or with two processes: one performing the root and reinforcement pass, and the other performing its finishing.
Pipe welding is widely used in refineries, gas pipelines and industry in general. The piping in a factory can be for water for hydrants and safety measures, such as the simple supply of water or other fluids, or for gases that will be sources of energy or used in the industry's manufacturing process.
The welder for this connection needs a more refined technique. For Raiz and others, the challenges of the work will often be in tight spaces or high places that require perfection and courage to be carried out.
Welding techniques performed on pipes:
2G, 5G and 6G and 6GR positions;
techniques for root pass with or without purging;
pass from scratch in the GMAW/MIG/MAG process with unique transfers such as RMD and PIPE Vision among others;
root on coated electrode CC+, CC- or conventional or pulsed tig process.
The courses also consist of guidance on the specification and classification of consumables, interpretation of EPS and welding procedures, with techniques for root, filling and finishing in tubes.
